Worth Saving

General Summary

Late at night, the 7th of Thorom
As alarms ring, sounding a warning of a vampire attack, the party surges into action and find 3 vampires in a position to surrender to Alexandra.

The group arrives as the vampires drop their weapons and fully surrender. Some discussion occurs and it is agreed that the trio should be taken into custody and at the very least be given a fair trial before being executed or banished.

Acteronis, Daegon and a very drunk Braylon head back to the inn and Daegon asks Acteronis to return the Orb but instead Acteronis implores Daegon to give him one more chance to control it.

It is agreed that for now, unless another incident happens, Acteronis can keep the Orb for now.

After Aralove and Kalden help wrangle the vampires to the holding cells they return to the inn and find the discussion just ending between the others. Aralove also begs Acteronis to return the Orb, which meets a 'Wall of Nope' (tm) from Acteronis.

After the many failed attempts, everyone turns in for the evening.

8th of Thorom
In the dead of the night, a slightly less drunk Braylon sneaks into Acteronis' room and somehow manages to successfully steals the Orb from its resting place. Immediately after taking the Orb, Braylon heads directly to the temple and tusn it over to Father White, asking that he not give it back to Acteronis under and circumstances.

In the morning, Acteronis awakes to find Braylon in his room. Braylon explains what he did and why, which Acteronis takes better than expected.

After all of the drama, a few folks to go see Artimus about speeding up the armor and boat repair and as such, Braylon gets taken in as Artimus's apprentice, much to his dismay.
