Dead Wood

The Dead Wood is a forested area between Durnhollow and Donhurst in the center of the Mainland. It became known as the Dead Wood due to the Orcs who frequently attack travelers as they attempt to cross.
Part of the larger area called The Divide, the Dead Wood is taken frequently as the safest path through the area but there is still much danger to contend with.

Local Dangers

Orcs pose the largest danger while crossing any part of The Divide, but the heavy forests of the Dead Wood make their ambushes even harder to spot.
