Not much is known about how Nemaru came to be in the employ of
Kava at

Brightport. The most likely reason is Nem is willing do do virtually anything for money which fills a bizarre niche in the prostitution world.
Appearance and Personality
Nem is a fairly old vampire and is willing to do just about anything if there is money in it for her. She is not above swindling Kava out of a few coins if she can.
