History

Having been attacked during one of the great hunts, he now resides in Lochfort and is mainly a fixture in the bar.

His limp is a ruse, exposed by Daegon while threatening him. He, along with others from the town, try to talk adventurers and passers-by into going into the woods to try to kill or end up feeding the local werewolves.
Patsy is presumed to have died in the Lochfort massacre but it is not known for certain.

Description

Gaunt with a thick grey beard, walking with a pronounced limp.
