The Nu'Val is a slaver group that has has spread wide across Ellara.
With bases of operation in Durnhollow and Bandit's Rest, the group seems to lurk outside of nearly every town just beyond reach of the law.
Structure
The top leadership is unknown but local bands seem to have gathered around the toughest thugs.
