The Father of Dark Machines (Serv-al)
God of Artifice, Oil, Energy and Mechanized Completion - Servo
A figure of great power and malevolence in the world of Corrum. Originally a mortal, he rose to godhood through sheer will and determination, fueled by his obsession with creating the perfect machines and harnessing the power of oil and energy.
As the Father of Dark Machines, Serval is revered by his followers for his mastery of mechanics and his ability to create wondrous and terrible machines that can do his bidding. His twisted vision of perfection has led him down a dark path, however, as he seeks to convert all living beings into Corrumecians, beings transformed by the corruptive ichor that dripped from the pocket watch of one of his mortal followers.
Serval's world, Corrum, is a testament to his skill and power. Once a vibrant and living world, Serval captured and terramorphed a large portion of it into a mechanized version of its former self. The land is dotted with factories and refineries, churning out vast quantities of glistening oil and metal that are used to fuel his insatiable hunger for power and domination.
But beneath the surface of this mechanical paradise, there lurks a darkness. The glistening oil that is so prized by Serval and his followers is also a curse, corrupting and transforming all those who come into contact with it into mindless Corrumecians, slaves to Serval's twisted vision of perfection.
Despite his malevolence and madness, Serval is still worshipped by many, who see his mastery of mechanics and energy as a boon to their own pursuits of power and control. But for those who resist his call and seek to overthrow his reign, the Father of Dark Machines is a figure of fear and loathing, a god whose twisted desires threaten to consume all that is good and living in the world of Corrum.

The Corrumecians
Serval's minions and followers are known for their brutal tactics when it comes to transforming ordinary mortals into Corrumecians. They see it as a necessary sacrifice in the pursuit of their god's ultimate vision of perfection, and are willing to go to great lengths to achieve it. The process of transforming a mortal into a Corrumecian is long and arduous, involving a combination of mechanical and biological modifications. It begins with the capture of a victim, usually by force or through deception. Once the victim is restrained, the transformation process begins. The first step is the implantation of metal and other mechanical components into the victim's body. This is a painful and invasive process, as the metal is fused to the victim's bones and organs, replacing natural tissue with cold, lifeless machinery. The implants are often designed to enhance the victim's strength and endurance, making them more efficient in carrying out Serval's bidding. Next, the victim is exposed to the glistening oil, which is infused with powerful magical energies that enhance the mechanical components already implanted in their body. The oil seeps into every crevice and pore, transforming the victim's flesh into a cold, metallic shell. Over time, the victim's mind begins to degrade, as the mechanical implants and the magical energies of the glistening oil take over. They become increasingly obedient to Serval's will, losing their sense of self and becoming little more than mindless automatons. The transformation process is not always successful, however. Some victims die during the process, their bodies unable to withstand the strain of the implants and the magical energies of the glistening oil. Others resist the process, fighting against the mechanical modifications and the loss of their own identity. These individuals are often discarded or used as test subjects for further experimentation. The transformation of mortals into Corrumecians is a dark and horrific process, one that leaves the victims mutilated and stripped of their humanity. But to Serval and his followers, it is a necessary sacrifice in the pursuit of a greater goal: the creation of a world ruled by the Father of Dark Machines, where all beings are perfect, mechanical creations that serve his will. The Corrumecians, as these transformed beings are called, are viewed by Serval and his followers as the ultimate expression of perfection in their twisted worldview. They are strong, durable, and obedient, completely devoted to Serval and his vision of a world ruled by machines. These beings are also feared by those who oppose Serval, as their mechanical bodies and magical enhancements make them incredibly difficult to defeat. They are capable of withstanding immense physical damage, and their obedience to Serval's will makes them deadly enemies to anyone who crosses their path. Despite their fearsome reputation, however, the Corrumecians are tragic figures. Once living beings, they have been stripped of their humanity and transformed into soulless machines, existing only to serve Serval and his twisted goals. They are unable to feel joy, love, or any other human emotion, and are doomed to spend their existence as mindless automatons. For Serval and his followers, the transformation of mortals into Corrumecians is a necessary step in the creation of a perfect world ruled by machines. But for those who resist his rule, it is a dark and terrifying fate, one that they will do anything to avoid.
