Vanara

Vanaras are intelligent, monkey like humanoids that live in deep jungles and forests. Vanaras are covered in soft fine fur, that comes in various colors and patterning. They are covered in fur everywhere except for the palms of their hands, base of their feet and their face. Their fur grows longer on the tops of their heads and is treated like hair. Many vanaras stylize this portion of fur to similar fashions found amongst the various other humanoid races they encounter. Some vanaras have tribal like hairstyles that they where for special occasions and practice regular grooming as hygiene is a very important trait amongst the vanaras cultures. Age The vanaras reach maturity around the same time a human would and live around the average human lifespan.

Alignment

Vanaras don't lean towards any one alignment, but it is more rare to come across those that have Lawful alignments.

Size

Vanaras stand slightly smaller than humans and have slimmer builds. The average height for a vanaras is 4 feet 2 inches and weigh on average 115 pounds. Your size is Medium.

Vanaras have a standard walking speed of 30 feet, but also have a climbing speed of 30 feet.

Prehensile Tail

The vanaras have a long, flexible tail that they can use to carry objects that weigh no more than 10 pounds. They are unable to use their tails to hold weapons to be used in combat, but can use the tail for other mundane tasks like picking up an object, opening a door, or retrieving stowed items that are contained in pockets or packs.
