The Tower of Elchryst

Built by the dwarves of Canebras and secured with enchantments from Golaran himself, The Tower of Elchryst is one of the most secure buildings in the country, let alone Elchryst itself. It was built as a shelter for the four princes and the nobles staying in the city during the revolution in case of invasion. It has also been used by the royals of Anestor to keep high priority prisoners of war, or hostages.

Purpose / Function

To protect the nobility and royals within the city of Elchryst in the event of an emergency. Also houses political prisoners or hostages.

Architecture

Built behind its own set of walls and ramparts, high above the city, the Tower of Elchryst is made of stone. This castle was built to last, and is defended by its own small army of guards.
