Aasimar

Aasimar bear within their souls the light of the heavens. They are descended from humans with a touch of the power of Nyx, the divine realm. Aasimar are thought to be born to serve as champions of the gods, their births hailed as blessed events. They are a people of otherworldly visages, with luminous features that reveal their celestial heritage.
While not true NyxBorn creatures, they do carry some of its power in their blood. They generally carry some features of one of the gods, and are often called upon to go upon a grand quest designed by the gods.
