When attuned to this weapon, the user uses their charisma modifier instead of strength when determining attack and damage rolls.
While attuned to this weapon, the wielder may use their bonus action to activate the temporal magic in the hammer. Doing so creates a rip in time, allowing the user to move 30 feet without provoking an attack of opportunity (as if casting Misty Step). This cannot be done again until the wielder completes a long rest.
