Given extended life by Mogis himself, Modran was chosen by the God to be the Leader of his Cult in Skophos until Modran died in combat against a follower of Mogis looking to challenge him. So far, and obviously, no one has beaten him. Modran is a powerful, ruthless, and devoted High Priest for Mogis and puts the Gods desires highest above everything except where it is equal with his own desire to cause suffering and show the world the might of the Mogis -blessed minotaurs of Skophos.
He is the epitome of what Mogis wants in a follower and leader and with Mogis being the God of slaughter, violence, and battle, you can imagine how tremendous a foe he is.
