First Speaker of the Assembly, the democratic body that rules Altrisos. This title gives him the right to speak first at any assembly, which is the democratic government of Altrisos, making him the defacto leader of the city. He is descended from Kynaios the Tyrant Slayer, one of he great heroes of Theros, and believe heoric destiny is in his blood. Sees himself as more intelligent than others.

Speaks in a slow sardonin manner. Long thick hair with a lush beard and craggy features.
