Battle of System RJ-28

A famous battle between Hyperion Federation and HEX Mainframe involving Planetcraft. 
The HM attacked the Carina galaxy during the first HF-HM war. The HM built a number of planetcraft during their time they occupied sections of that galaxy. These have been used to attack HF positions many times. The HF managed to intercept communications. They found out that several HM planetcraft were to settle at a specific point, so the HF deployed their own to destroy them.
This battle would last 4 months. This is because planetcraft are very heavy and slow. Their seconrady weapons often take days or more to rotate on target, let alone fire and reload, not to mention the primary weapons. On a HF planetcraft, the primary weapon is spinally mounted but will immediately tear through an enemy planetcraft with ease. Upon arrival, the HF managed to catch the HM off guard, the only warning they got was the energy signature of a HF invasion. The HF arrived pointing directly at the HM planetcraft. They opened fire immediately and destroyed 4 HM planets. The HM would not let this go however and have responded. HF planetcraft are designed to counter enemy planetcraft rather than smaller starships, so were more sucessful in their first strike.
