First Cross - Fracture War

First full - blown war fought between the Hyperion Federation and Hyperion Empire. The 2 factions fought it out in border skirmishes often before this war, but this would be the first full war. The war was fought to take control of the Fracture. As the Hyperionites fight their parallel universe selves, both sides are very evenly matched. So even, in fact, that the war ended back to where it started - with the HF controlling their side of the wormhole and the HE controlling theirs. However, there have been moments where one side would occupy part of the other side. These didn't come often, because the wormhole formed an extremely small bottleneck making it harder to launch assaults on the other side. Additionally, these times came rarely.
