Negative Entropy

A very advanced technology constructed and used by the Hyperion Federation.
Negative entropy (often also called negentropy) allows the HF a lot of freedom to manipulate entropy to an even higher degree than reagular Quantum Entropy Neutralizers can handle. Negative entropy works by reducing the entropy of a singularity to less than 0 by using a device similar to QEN. When the singularity is destroyed, it will substantially reduce the entropy of all surrounding matter immediately. In some cases, this can even turn matter into a BEC state of matter.
The singularity requires either a very large energy input to create or one can use Graviton Wave Refraction to refract gravitons to a specific point when done with extreme power and precision. This can be weaponized. By placing one of these warheads into a missile, it can covert the target into a BEC. Using Quantum Entanglement Communication, a HF starship can quantum-entangle with the target starship, allowing it to extract all the quantum information of the starship. The HF starship can also annihilate the target by annihilating the QEC particle with antimatter.
Before performing this operation, the HF military makes sure to retreat all allied ships as the resulting detonation is immense. It also cannot be done in orbit of a planet as this explosion will result in the planet being rendered uninhabitable, and any surface structures destroyed.
However, the HF rarely does use negative entropy warheads. This is beacuse it can be seen as a warcrime. The HF instead mostly uses conventional warfare.
