NEO Prime

NEO Prime is a huge existential threat to all life in the universe. As a gestalt AI faction, they want to exterminate all life, and have already taken over multiple galaxies, all of which are being utilized to a high extent. They are also at war with the HEX Mainframe because they assimilate organics, not kill them.
The NEO Prime makes use of a wide variety of high tech equipment in battle. surprisingly for an AI, typical strategies against AIs dont work as well as the NEO Prime was designed with creativity. So it can counter strategies that normally work against most AIs. They like to make use of grey goo nanobots, similar to the Hyperion Federation Replicator nanobot swarms which can destroy planets.
Against the HF, they suffer a significant disadvantage however, because the HF can manipulate matter very fast using QEN technology. This operation also produces far less heat. Against most other factions, this is common. Although grey goo swarms can be counted with powerful EMPs, they can in some cases still have a powerful impact on a planetary war.
