Organism 841

A form of recently discovered (by the Hyperion Federation) symbiotic parasite that is capable of stopping or even reversing the aging process in almost all species. 

When a organism 841 finds a suitable host, they will likely move towards it and latch onto the host. It will then absorb much of the energy of its body which will allow the symbiote to reproduce. 

Although this can cause the host to lose a very large amount of energy, causing immense fatigue for several weeks, and sometimes causing them to fall unconscious, they also inject a chemical that repairs the DNA of the host and seemingly de-age their body. This also allows them to live significantly longer. If done periodically, the host can live for tens of thousands of years.
