Phase Matter

Exceptionally rare form of matter only found on the other side of the Rikavi Interdimensional Portal. The Rikavi Ancients use and mine it heavily and will fight invaders who try to get their hands on some. It can be obtained from salvaging wreckages that have some, or by capturing and holding mining facilities. These mining facilities cannot be built by any faction other than the Rikavi, and the Rikavi find them exceptionally difficult to build. The process takes multiple years at least. When incorporated into technology, Phase Matter will make use of other planes of existence and significantly improve the efficiency. However, the real use lies in weapons and armour - as it fires the same projectile multiple times in other planes of existence, each projectile is inertia - tied together as a single entity. None can separate from the others. This effectively multiplies its force by the amount of planes used. A similar thing applies with armour.
