Sulethis Empire
The SE evolved on a ring world orbiting a gas giant. They found a large abundance of resources Sulethis (on the HE side of the Fracture.) As such, they attempted to colonise it, but every one of the colonists were killed in the attempt. They evolved in space conditions. They will never set foot on planets again. Instead, they send robots to exploit the resources of planets.
They believe it is their right to conquer the entire known universe for themselves. Their population doesnt get much say over their government.
