CANTICLES OF THE OMNISSIAH
The disciples of the Omnissiah incant complex war-blessings, as much optimisation subroutines as they are expressions of faith in the Machine God.
All units with this special rule gain a bonus during the battle depending on the Canticle of the Omnissiah currently being canted. At the start of your turn, pick which Canticle of the Omnissiah from the table below is in effect until the start of your next turn. The same Canticle may not be picked twice during the same battle.
Alternatively, you can randomly determine which Canticle of the Omnissiah is in effect by rolling a D6 and consulting the table below. Note that if you randomly determine a Canticle, it takes effect even if the same Canticle has been in effect earlier
in the battle.
MASTER OF MACHINES (n+)
In each of your Shooting phases, instead of firing one of his weapons (controlling player’s choice), this model can choose either to repair a single friendly vehicle that he is in base contact with or embarked upon, or to restore a Wound lost earlier in the battle.
To do either, roll a D6. If the result is the target number or more, your attempt was successful: if repairing a vehicle you may restore a Structure Point that the nominated vehicle lost earlier in the battle, or repair a Weapon Destroyed or Immobilised result suffered earlier in the battle; this is effective immediately.
If restoring a Wound, either the model itself or any model from the Adeptus Mechanicus in his unit regains a Wound lost earlier in the battle; this is effective immediately.
THE FLESH IS WEAK (n+)
This rule is the same as Feel No Pain, except that it has a target number instead of a fixed 4+.
