Ard Ri (ard rye)
Ard Ri is a title of leadership in the government of Colo. In times of crisis or war, a parliament of local ryuri rulers can be called to elect a single authoritative figure to rule until the crisis has passed or the war is over. Ard Ri is an equivalent rank to High King over all other kings and is able to commit national resources and efforts at will.
