The Word of the Pale Lady

The word of the Pale Lady hold sway in the Haverstraw and Cedar Grove Castle and for her kin the rules are rather simple:

• No vampire shall feed on an unwilling donor within the Haverstraw (this was later ammended to include all of the Three Points).
• Vampires who feed upon a willing donor must do so with respect and care.
• Feeding upon a willing donor should be done discretely within the boundaries of the Haverstraw or Cedar Grove.
• No donor should be fed upon to the point of illness or death.
• No new vampires shall be sired within the Three Points unless expressly permitted by the Pale Lady.

Punishment is equally simple:

• For first or minor offenses, the vampire will be marked with a holy symbol on the night of the full moon. They will hold this mark of pain and shame until it heals (typically by the next new moon).
• For repeat or more serious offenses the vampire may have their fangs removed. These will typically regrow after a complete cycle of the moon has passed.
• For unrepentant or egregious offenses the vampire will either be exiled or buried alive for a period of time, up to and including eternity.
