Artka

The capital city of Talkara Kingdom, home of the Khans (Han) and Queens (Ece) of the kingdom. It is founded by the Northern Tribes arrived from the Frozen Steppes. For a long period of time it was only a meeting hub for the nomad tribes. Through time it became the first and the biggest city of the kingdom.
