Dymacros, Niall, Talkara and Santyr gathered a council in Nialli capital Gildas to discuss the Cythydna threat. The initiative led by Niall Kingdom who understood if Talkara falls they will be the next on the line. Four states signed an official treaty and formed an alliance. Other states provided Talkara weapons, miltary advisors and gold in order to preapare the country for the next attack by Cythydna.
