Foundation of Phasydna War Academy

After the failed invasion of Forodrim and lost war against Talkara, Cythydnian King ordered building an academy of war. The academy opened its gates in 985 and since then trains the officers of Cythydnian Army. In addition to that the academy is responsible for preparing the military doctrine of the army. The school also develops new technologies for the army.
