High Council of Sages voted for independence from Dymacros, Santyr, Niall ve Talkara after their rejected demand for autonomy. Justification was based on the constant interventions from states staggering the scholar activities and refusal of autonomy demands. In their statement the High Council claimed that lack of autonomy led to decades of Uruk invasion in Niall. They argued that if they had autonomy they could have joined the fight before the city of Gildas besieged.
