Fulgar is a tall and broad human male, his weathered face looking old beyond his years. A deep scar across his right eye tells a tale of an encounter with a wild wolf in his youth – the same wolf whose pelt now adorns his spiked and skull covered dark armour. His helm features the design of a skeletal phoenix – in reference to his self-styled moniker of the ‘Blackened Phoenix’. His voice speaks of his years of combat and command of his troops, horse and crackling yet commanding. His great sword The Interrogator is never far from his side, the skeletal head on the end of the grip glowing with arcane energy. People will whisper that he is often seen speaking and even arguing with his sword – but those who’s tongues are too loose will often find they lose their whole head.
