Aasimar are born from multiple sources:

1. A celestial of any type produces children with any compatible mortal species.
2. A divine creature (divine/primordial) produces children in another form. 
3. Comes from a family line where either is possible.

Aasimar have an angelic guide that helps them through dreams, & portents.  Pushing them towards good.
