The Ancients

The people who roamed the world of Thymeria before the modern era (ME) is known as The Ancients. They were mysterious people, and little are known about them today. Enormous ruins and mysterious artifacts from the ancient era (AE) can still be found around the world today. Both scientists and mercenaries travel the world in search of objects to sell or research. This has led to discoveries of new land, different kinds of people and fantastical objects. A few of these artifacts have been linked to myths and legends around the world. One famous example is The Crimson Sword, wielded by Harrad Oseker, who liberated an entire country from the grasp of The Gruesome King Valyn.
