Wave Raiders

The pirates of the Olkair Islands are known as "The Wave Raiders". They are more nomadic and loosely organized than The Corsairs of the Cape. There is no centralized authority among the Wave Raiders; instead, they operate as independent crews or small fleets. The Olkair pirates are known for their hit-and-run tactics and are masters of stealth and surprise. They use smaller, faster vessels, which allow them to easily navigate through the islands and make quick escapes.
The Wave Raiders are more diverse, with members from different parts of the world. They often take refuge in hidden coves and secluded islands. Their ships are less ornate, with an emphasis on functionality. They are known to be more adaptable, changing loyalties and alliances frequently based on opportunities.
