Nadezhda is a lively old crone who owns and operations The Laughing Crow curio shop at the edge of town. She loves company, but hates tardiness. The latter being a real conundrum as nobody but her is ever on time for anything. Still, she serves the best hot tea in the entire region. Don’t worry, she’ll make sure you know all about it if you stop by. Stick around for a spell and she’ll tell you just about her entire life story. She’s been everywhere, done everything, and has come home to Kogabkin to enjoy her retirement here running the Crow. Nadezhda is quite the gossip, and knows just about everything going on in the area. If you can get a word in between stories to ask, she is a wealth of information.
