Iguanodon
Iguanodons are dinosaurs the size of large draft horses and live in herds all over Tilandrial.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Although iguanodons typically walk on all fours, they can stand on their hind limbs and move around for a few minutes at a time. This behavior has only been observed when protecting themselves from predators. While this does expose their underside to attack, iguanodons have a useful weapon. The thumb of their front limbs is a spike of solid bone, and is a formidable weapon of defense.
Ecology and Habitats
Iguanodons are found on all continents of Tilandrial, wherever a forest meets the grasslands. Being mainly grazers, the beasts prefer to eat grasses, but they use the trees to hide from larger predators.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Being grazers, Iguanodons need large amounts of grasses and shrubbery for food.
