The noble House of Ormond at one time Ruled over Stoze. In the days of the Miracles Era and even as far back as the Era of Balance, House Ormond navigated the nation through countless trades and treatys. They brought Stoze to a point of power among the world of Timeuria and lived in relative harmony with the nearby elves and clans of Westaria to the North.
As the miracles era concluded with the Realmswar and battle began to hit the material plane, King Vincent Ormond, issued a letter to be sent to the Kingdoms of Timeuria, even the ones at the farthest reaches of the world. The letter called for a summit to devise a plan for a unified attack against the betrayer army gathering in Ashar(now known as Drakoria.) Unfortunately, a spy had infiltrated the King's court and began feeding this information back to Astarion, the then Evil God of Dragons who sought to put dragons on top of the world and conquer all of the Material plane. Astarion and his armies sailed from Ashar to Stoze and laid siege to the major cities including Ecrosa, the capital city of Stoze at the time. Eventually they broke through the defenses and slaughtered anyone that did not pledge to join Astarion and his army. This included King Ormond and his family.
After the Realmswar finished and chaos began to subside, House Ormond was left without a family member on the throne as the Noble houses of Stoze had pledged fealty to Queen Vanesa Ravenswood I to become the new ruler. The remaining members of House Ormond, disgusted with the lack of support after their sacrifice for the nation, sailed to Estrya and eventually found a seat on the Council of Thura who govern over it.
