The Lost: Warlock Subclass
Your patron is The Lost. An unknown being that at one time was thought to be a God. Many doubt its existence and others outright call it fairy tale. You are driven to help those in need and have a personal desire to restore your patron to its former glory. You are also called to lead those who wish to harm off the path if possible.
Expanded Spell List:
The Lost lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.
1st – Inflict wounds, cure wounds
2nd – Pass without a trace, Aid
3rd – Mass healing word, Contact other plane
4th – Confusion, greater invisibility
5th – Mislead, Modify Memory
Bonus Cantrips: Choose 2 additional cantrips from the following
Guidance, Spare the dying, True strike, message, chill touch
1st level: Psychic Touch – Your melee attacks and spell touch range reaches out to 10 ft. You deal an additional 1d6 psychic damage with your touch spells/melee attack. At level 10 the range extends to 15ft and psychic damage increases to 2d6. At 14th level the psychic damage increases to 2d8.
Also at 1st level – You gain advantage on stealth and survival checks
6th level: Ephemeral Sanctuary – As an action you close your eyes and enter “The Lost plane” for up to 10 minutes. While in the Lost plane you can not interact with other planes of existence. You may take up to two actions to cast spells that target yourself or take the effects of a short rest and afterwards you return to the space you occupied and your turn ends.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, all uses are restored with a long rest.
10th level: Mortal Safeguard – As an action you can use this feature to cast Death ward on a number of creatures equal to your charisma modifier without expending a spell slot or needing to touch them.
Once used, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
14th level: Undying Will – A source less voice enters your mind and calls you back from the edge of death. If you are downed by an attack or spell or would roll a death saving throw you may roll a d10. 1 = death saving fail 8-9 = regain consciousness with 1 hp 10 = roll d8 equal to your warlock level and gain that much hp.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, all uses are restored with a long rest.
17th level: Temporal Exodus – As an action You and up to ten willing creatures you can see are transported into “The Lost plane” You can gain the benefits of a long rest while in "The Lost plane." Afterwards you can choose to return to where you entered the plane or you can request to be sent elsewhere. No time will have passed since entering the plane.
Once used, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
