Ashed the Clanless

A blue dragonborn, his tail has been severed, what stump is left is rarely seen beneath his long robes. Many of the scales on his face are mangled and jutt out at odd angles making his outline very jagged and overall very rough. Even though he is not that old, many of the scales on his face are fading to a soft blue as if he were going grey-haired. He’s short for a dragonborn, barely crossing the threshold of 6’, and often is hunched over, making him seem even smaller. Ased is soft spoken and kind. When you’re talking to him it feels like he has all the time in the world to listen to you and hear your story. He’s almost always the one who greets new travelers, and is the one to tell their tale to the rest of the council. The most common place to find him is in the greeting room with a hot pot of tea and his lyre. Sometimes he reads in the chamber while he waits for new arrivals. His slow gentle music can be heard down the long halls well before you meet him. He does not sing with his songs. Most of his melodies are peaceful or sad and mournful.
