Sofia Owlwood
Sofia had a very unlucky upbringing, being an Owlwood is no easy task after all. She had known for a long time that the name was cursed long ago, but that's not where her problems stopped. At age 10, she was isolated from the few friends she did have because she talked to herself too much, but she was just talking to Frederick. She had known him for a very long time, even if no one could see him, he was always there for her and would give her advice when things seemed at there worst, like when her father died when she was 12. He was a soldier for Heung and was killed in battle trying to protect his fellow soldiers, that's when Damaxius showed up. He claimed to be one of her relatives and would advise against her doing stunts that may get her hurt, but it never worked. She had been beaten and scarred before, either by accident or by others. Damaxius did take the time to explain to her what was going on. Apparently someone named Sylver seemed to piss of the wrong people, causing her and anyone who bears the Owlwood name to be cursed, usually meaning something unfortunate may happen to them, some were able to avoid it and live a happy life, but many did not. That didn't quite explain what is happening to her though, for as far as Damaxius could tell, the curse never effected someone to this extreme, but Sofia found a way to cope with both the idea of being cursed, and the loss of her father: stories. Damaxius and Frederick would tell her stories of their lives before they died, and she would listen intently until she memorized every bit. At age 15 her mother died when a thief broke into their home. They killed her mother and stole everything, that was when Rodrigo showed up, taunting her into going after the thief. The result was one of her three tails being cut off and almost bleeding to death, causing a rift between Frederick and Rodrigo. Sofia perservered and met the soft presence of Daena. Daena is the one who urged Sofia to pursue instruments as way to cope with her losses. After the ordeal and with the company of her ghosts that haunt her, she traveled through Heung, looking for her place in the world, trying to spread some cheer with music and stories to contrast the doom she brought along with her wherever she went.
Sofia had heard of a ritual by witches that would bring a great evil to the world. This was her chance to do something good. Urged on by her friends, she met a group of people she would work with to stop the witch's ritual. But the Owlwood curse proved to be too strong, as one of her allies killed her, and a dark presence has taken over her body.
