Tivupsi Snowsteel

Leader of the Mörgaes tribe of Kalt Island, Tivupsi is the most studious and intelligent amongst the 7 tribe leaders. He leaves himself in charge of rationing out food and supplies of his tribe to ensure their survival. No one in his tribe is a freeloader, everyone has a job to do in the tribe, there is a system in place and it works. He is always thinking of ways to imrpove his tribe.
