Arcaneum

The Arcaneum has several different branches throughout Tir Na Macalla their original branch is located in the Holy Isles, and as a result it is expected all scholars will be using Imperial, and classic Imperial is highly encouraged as students will be reading older texts.
Arcaneum professors are known to travel rapidly through Tir Na Macalla but it is a closely guarded secret exactly how they are traveling with such rapidity, and there are rumors they have portals between their campuses.
There is also rumored to be a library an applicant is only given access to if he or she can bring a new book to the library or provide previously unknown knowledge to the library. The library is also rumored to move from location to location.
