Cursed Ring

Located near the docks of Collegeton, the Cursed Ring is known for its rowdy crowd of dock workers. The cups aren't particularly clean, and the food is often rather bland, but if you know the right nod to give the barkeep, you can get a fairly strong drink.
Tom Cane owns the Cursed Ring and is a fairly taciturn man with a crooked nose from a few too many fights in his youth.
