Francis Merlin

Francis Merlin is part of a small group of students working to overthrow the government. She spends her evenings at the Copper Purse talking with fellow students tossing theories back and forth how to fix or overthrow the government.
Francis loves the idea of secret societies and is convinced Aloria is run by a secret cabal trying to undermine something, she doesn't know what, but she is convinced it is nefarious.
It is rumored she has an uncontrollable love for games of chance.
