Altair, The Sybillic Guardian

Altair is one of the Sybillic guardians, a group of powerful psionic celestials who see the future through their visions and take actions to try and change events they see as likely too ocur without their intervention. Altair is a servant of the god Tempus and takes his job very seriously.
Altair ran into the a party of Adventurer's in Xosutan known as the Twilight Guardian's claiming a noble they were escorting was destined to become a genocidal dictator in the near future. The party managed to negotiate a deal where they agreed to remove Theran, the noble, from Tirestir, in return for Altair's quest coming to an end.
