The Whisperwood is an ancient forest occupying a cave somewhere below Tiriande's Foundation level. They are covered in a perpetual twilight, bioluminescent plants shining down onto the forest floor from the cave's roof far above.
The Whisperwoods are the domain of the deer god Pydredd Ceirw, which was slain by an unknown hunter somewhere in early Mirtul, 1499 DR. The corpse was sold to the furrier Herschel Malski, who skinned it.
