Infrastructure

Securus allows the public to transfer funds based on credit. Someone could pull funds from their account from one Securus next to another Securus, as long as they have their account number, their signature and a bit of their blood. They can also transfer items and funds to other accounts from any franchise location.
Securus also allows for loans to be taken out at a 10% compound interest rate.
Securus does not try to hide the fact that anyone who wrongs them will be destroyed.
