The last remaining government official is assassinated

Many mysteries surround the death of the Lord Commander. His body is located in an abandoned building with a commoner's corpse whose throat was slashed ear to ear. A statue is erected in the Lord Commander's honour.   An election is called to appoint a new government. Titan is currently without official leadership.
