The remaining empires each declare war individually on the Legion after hearing of the brutality that happened to the Revell Dynasty.

The Wraeprura Empire, Kingdom of Broolwugg, Citor Empire, Akaewon Dynasty, Tithen Empire, Kingdom of Kedardoni and the Dominon of Bolvikik declare war on the Legion after a meeting to discuss the decimation of the Revell Dynasty.   The collective agree to march against the Legion, but cannot agree to who should lead the collective army. As a result, each Kingdom agrees to allow foreign armies in their land to attack the Legion, but each with march individually.
