The Legion Increases Infrastructure

The Legion settles in and ensures loyalty in its newly conquered regions.

The Legion pulls men from their front lines and begins work on their infrastructure. New laws are put in place, trade and resource management are regulated and road networks are improved upon. The Legion takes an extended break from the war efforts now that there are no immediate threats.
