Military action

The Drowned One attempts to overthrow Titan from within, but is pushed back.

Isaac Chauncey hires adventurers to return several items to him, which allow him to infect a portion of the population with Slaad eggs. The Drowned One uses a Divining Wizard to manipulate Vimac Gathakanaki into killing the Dragon Turtle outside of Titan. This allows him to bring a ship into the bay and bombard Titan with cannon fire, while sending men to clear what survived the initial attack, all while Titan is busy fighting the Slaad. Unfortunately, he underestimates Adventurers and their monster hunting ability, as his Wizard is killed, the slaad are destroyed and his men steadily being killed. The Drowned One retreats to the mountains, aware that his place in the Legion is no longer secure.
