The Burned One attempts to take Titan by force.

Due to a new entrance fee to enter Titan, a refugee camp grows outside of Titan. Eventually the refugees reveal themselves to be Legion soldiers assembling. They have constructed several catapults and captured a few Fire Giants to attack the city in conventional warfare, hoping to take them unprepared.   The adventurers within the city are able to beat back the army while adventurers outside the city are able to turn the Fire Giants against their captors.   The Burned One is beaten back and killed in action.
