Yulemto

The Yulemto are an ethnic group from the north of Abravost, in particular from the Yulemta Archipelago north of the continent, from which they take their name. They are the most isolated of the major human ethnic groups.
They are historically aligned with the Telziado people of Northern Abravost and their Kingdom of Telziad, but as a result of a confusing land exchange during the Vosti Civil War, the majority of Yulemto are found within the Republic of Skarhu.
They claim to originate from a land far across the seas, having arrived in the Yulemta Archipelago some time in the early 700s BC. First contact between them and the Telziado occurred closer to 700. It is from the Telziado language that they get their exonym of Yulemto.
