Nic (neese)

Nic is an island state off the western coast of Laas.
It was settled during The Dawning by a group of The Wilds that chose not to risk crossing the Black Deep.
Throughout the years, they have warred with Xeni over the mines in the eastern part of the island which produce precious metals. Nic is currently being controlled by the ruling faction of Xeni after losing the most recent conflict.
